Spicy Black Beans
2C Black Beans
2 Onions, chopped
1 Pc. Kimbu
10C Water
1ts Sea Salt
3T Tamari
3T Chili Powder
Soak beans overnight. Drain. Put beans, water, kimbu, sea salt, and onions in pot. Let boil for about 40 minutes; just keep water level even with beans. Add tamari and chili powder. Let simmer for extra 15-20 minutes to get flavor. Garnish with scallion and salsa.
