Miso-Cabbage-Daikon Soup

1/2 head Cabbage, Chopped

  • 1 Onion, sliced in crescents

  • 1/2 small Dalkon, cut in thin half moons

  • 1 Piece Kimbu

  • 10-12C Water

  • 3T dark Barley Miso

Put first five ingredients in good size soup pot. Bring to boil, lower heat after five minutes to medium and let boil slowly for 20 minutes. Lower to simmer and add miso.
