Millet with Corn

2C Millet

  • 4C Boiling Water

  • 1-1/2 T Olive or Sesame Oil

  • Sea Salt to taste

  • 1 package frozen, organic Corn

Heat oil in sauce pot with tight-fitting lid. Add millet and roast until tea color. Add boiling water slowly, do half at a time (SLOWLY). Once all water is added, add corn. Wait for water to boil, lower heat, and simmer for 30-35 minutes.
