1 head Cabbage

3 Carrots
1 bunch Scallions
1 small jar Tofu Mayonnaise
2T Brown Rice Vinegar
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
In processor, chop cabbage and carrots; add scallions. Fold in tofu mayonnaise and vinegar, salt and pepper. mix well.
