i Bag Chick Peas

  • 6C Water

  • 3-4T Tamari

  • 1 piece Kimbu

  • 1-2 lemons

  • 2 bunches Scallions, chopped

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 2T extra virgin Olive oil

  • 1C Tahiti

Cook chick peas with Kimbu and tamari until soft. In processor, mash chick peas with scat lityls and garlic and place in mixing bowl. Add other ingredients and mix until creamy. You may have to adjust lemon or salt (tamari)
