i Bag Chick Peas

6C Water
3-4T Tamari
1 piece Kimbu
1-2 lemons
2 bunches Scallions, chopped
2 cloves Garlic
2T extra virgin Olive oil
1C Tahiti
Cook chick peas with Kimbu and tamari until soft. In processor, mash chick peas with scat lityls and garlic and place in mixing bowl. Add other ingredients and mix until creamy. You may have to adjust lemon or salt (tamari)
