Curried Couscous with Peas
Chop one onion.
Heat 2T sesame, canola or light extra virgin olive oil in pot.
Saute for 3-4 minutes and sprinkle with curry power (2t or more if you like curry).
Add water and couscous, stir to mix.
Add frozen organic peas and cook for S-7 minutes.
Take off heat.
Check package for water to grain ratio. Some are 2-1 /2C water to 2C couscous; some are 3C water to 2C couscous.
