Cabbage-Carrot-Radish Slaw with Flaxseeds
1/2 head Cabbage (if small, you might use 3/4)
2 good-size Carrots
2 small bunches of Radishes
In food processor, chop cabbage and put in mixing bowl. Do same with radish and carrot.
When all three are in mixing bowl, dress with:
2-3T Brown Rice Vinegar,
IT Tamari
2ts Mirin. toss
Let stand for 1/2 hour. Garnish with flaxseeds, if desired.
