BBQ Baked Beans
Soak 2C nary beans overnight.
Drain beans.
Add new water plus 2 onions, sliced in crescents. (Use approximately 12C water).
Let boil for one hour or until almost tender. Drain.
Save cooking liquid. In glass baking dish,
Add beans with 2 chopped carrots and 2-3 ribs of celery, chopped.
Stir in one bottle of "Annie's BBQ Sauce' available from health food stores.
Cover dish, bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
Serve with grated carrot and scallion.
