Words to Live By
Live one day (& sometimes one minute) at a time. Enjoy each day, and leave yesterdays screw ups were they belong —in yesterday. They are yesterday's rain showers.
Exercise regularly, aim to run the 8k in Victoria in October
Give positive messages to myself and to my body. Think more about sunsets, music love and laughter.
Remember why I am here, where I came from , and where I am going... ...
LIFE IS ONLY AN INTERLUDE
Remember that I am "perfectly imperfect" — I came designed that way so don't be surprised when I screw up. Its an opportunity for learning and growth.
Assign time for regular meditation/prayer.
Identify my needs, touch more people and reach out for help.
Practice visualizing/imaging on a regular basis.
Join a therapy/support group
Banish the word " should" from my thoughts, replace with "could". Never again let anyone "should" on me.
