Good Health
We all have two organisms that live in our bodies and are visible in the darkfield. They are indestructible and play vital roles in our health. MUCOR - is associated with blood clotting. ASPERGILLUS - is associated with calcium metabolism (and therefore the skeleton). Because of their obvious beneficial role in us, you can see that we do not want to totally eliminate them. The key to good health is to ensure that they are present in optimal numbers and remain on the "friendly" side of their life cycle.
It is very likely that your picture is one of a hyperacid cellular terrain. Endogenous (belong in the body) bacterial forms are contributing their acid wastes to those of your own metabolism. This can increase the acid load on the body. Acids may be accumulating in the lymphatic system They need to be moved to the circulatory system so that they can be eliminated. (Think of the cells as the side streets in the city. They will always produce acid wastes because the body is a living organism. The lymphatic system is the collector lanes and the circulatory system is the 401. if the lymphatic system is blocked or sluggish, the wastes will never get to the circulatory system to be eliminated. If the waste backs up, it is hard on the cells and organs.)
Impaired digestion can also mean that there are food sources for both the endogenous bacteria and any exogenous bacteria to use as their food sources. By using food combining you will take away this potential extra source of food and allow the body to once again become regulated. In addition, incomplete digestion of foods results in the further accumulation of acids in the body.
Suggested lifestyle modifications to improve/maintain health
Elimination of:
caffeine
sugar white
flour
white rice
alcohol
fast foods
fried foods
red meats a
nimal fats
soda pop (any carbonated beverage)
FOLLOW THE DIETARY GUIDELINES GIVEN TO YOU. IF THERE ARE ANY CONCERNS AFTER GIVING THE DIETARY PROGRAM A GOOD TRY (2 weeks), PLEASE CALL. WE ARE ALL INDIVIDUALS AND THE PROGRAM MAY NEED TO BE MODIFIED FOR YOU.
Incorporation of:
proper amounts of "pure" water (body weight 2 = # oz. water/day)
lymphatic massage
exercise - at least 15 minutes/day - rebounding, skipping
sunshine - at least 15 minutes/day without glasses on
relaxation - take time to restore your inner balance breathing exercises food combining supplementation as suggested
Other things to note:
incomplete digestion of foods allows for a build-up of acids in the body. Pineapple and papaya are natural sources of digestive enzymes. Food combining is also important. If the body is expending energy in the digestive tract, it will not be available to help with immunity.
metals/chemicals in the body may lead to mesenchyme congestion and clogged, sluggish lymphatics
daily elimination (bowel movement) is of prime importance
drainage is of prime importance
nervous system - somatic (5 senses) and autonomic (involuntary) autonomic composed of sympathetic and parasympathetic sympathetic - stress, heart rate, blood pressure, reaction to stimuli parasympathetic - rest, relaxation, digestion
pH -
measure of acid/alkaline balance in the body
provides information about enzyme activity, digestion, absorption, industrial/environmental contamination of the body
function of hormone receptor sites (thyroid, insulin estrogen etc.), enzymes and mitochondria (cell "furnaces") depend upon pH
rH2 -
is a measure of the state of oxygenation of the body at the cellular level
can be affected by stress, poor air, lack of aerobic exercise, quality of food
R - provides information about the mineralization and degree of oxidative damage to the body
